So I relive and I respect those memories. I cannot lie, I must admit I live in pain, but time moves on and though you’re gone, there’s still much to gain. Looking back on ageing innocent times. Precious visions fading in a golden light. Forever etched into my mind are the days that i’ll never leave behind. I wont forget, I don't regret our history. Remembrance always quells my misery. When I feel fear I’ll visit here and sit by your side. I know you’re gone and time’s moved on, but in you I confide. This is the way that it must be, no matter how much I plea. I know you’re watching over me. One day we will both be free. |
