Beyonce is set to debut new material at the American Music Awards on Sunday (November 25). The bootilcious singer will join Akon, Rihanna, Alicia Keys and Avril Lavigne at the annual event which is set to take place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. A stellar line-up of acts are scheduled to perform on the night including Snoop Dogg, Usher, Duran Duran, Celine Dion and Lenny Kravitz. Crazy In Love singer Beyonce leads the nominations for the ladies, followed by SexyBack Justin Timberlake and Linkin Park who each have three apiece.

2004-06-15Kravitz kept joint he'd shared with Jagger
Singer Lenny Kravitz says he kept a marijuana joint he'd shared with Mick Jagger, for a year as a tribute. Kravitz said he'd kept the joint because he was such a fan of the Rolling Stones frontman. However, the remainder of the valued souvenir went up in smoke a year later after he ran out of dope. Kravitz told Croatian magazine Gloria: "We were performing on the same stage once, and he invited me to go to his place afterwards. "We talked the entire night, and smoked marijuana. We shared a joint, and I kept the rest of it for almost a year. It was a sign of respect." Kravitz said his respect though great was not enough - and his souvenir of Jagger went up in smoke. "At one point I had no grass at home, so I smoked the rest of the joint I shared with Jagger," he added. Kravitz is scheduled to give a concert in Velika Gorica, Croatia, on June 23, promoting his new album "Baptism".

Rocker Lenny Kravitz says he's such a hit with women because he has a piercing in his penis. Kravitz, whose dates have included Natalie Imbruglia, Kylie Minogue and Nicole Kidman, said the 10p-sized metal hoop makes him a beast in bed. He added: "I've never taken it out. It hits the lady where she likes it. And because it swings, it can be effective in any position." The Sun says he spoke about his hoop in FHM magazine as Kidman stepped up her bid to stop him revealing all about their romance in a planned film of his life. A source close to the actress, tipped to wed Kravitz before they split in December, said: "She was shocked when she heard of his plans. She was always very discreet about their relationship."
