07.11.2018 The Weeknd Says He's Working On His Next Album |

The Weeknd hinted that his next album is in the works while on a hometown visit to Toronto, Ontario. His announcement was live streamed on Twitter Tuesday (Nov. 6) during the launch of HXOUSE, a creative non-profit incubator founded by his creative director La Mar Taylor.
“Being in Toronto these past two days, I haven’t been this inspired in years,” the “Starboy” singer said during the show. “I want you guys to be the first to know that I’m working on my new album right now. Chapter 6 coming soon.”
He followed up the news with a vague tweet: “Some chapters are smaller than others. not this next one though…”
The Canadian R&B artist’s last project, the My Dear Melancholy EP, released March 30 of this year.
